removing keyless drill chuck

There does not seem to be any screw in the base of the chuck when viewed looking inside the unit. Does my model maybe not come apart this way or is it possible the slot or Philips head indentations have been rubbed away ???

Hi Sean,

Your drill does not use a chuck retaining screw. You should be able to remove the chuck using just an allen wrench clamped into the chuck. The following article and video will explain how it is done...
