    Locking Lever broke off. It was plastic, the repair was simple to complete.

    Screwdriver, Adjustable Wrench

    I carefully removed stop bar, removed two screws holding broken part to saw.
    Pay careful attention to disassembling lever, 3 screws, a spring and 3 more screws plus old lever. Make sure you understand which parts the spring goes between.
    Reassemble lock lever making sure all 4 parts match how the broken parts came apart.

    Lever locks for extended platform were broken

    1. Removed broken hardware and replaced with new.
    2. Make sure to use the old hardware as a guide when replacing with the new.

    Broken Plastic Lock on Ridgid Mobile Saw Stand

    Screwdriver, Pliers

    Snap a picture on digital phone.

    Disassemble locking lever components using both Phillips screwdriver and pliers for bolt.

    Keep fasteners.

    Rotate stand arm to completely remove it from stand. Pull plastic collet off end so that new locking lever housing can slide onto arm. Put plastic collet back on end of arm in same position. Slide stand arm back in, rotating it into position.

    Bolt the locking lever in between the two sides of the housing, then insert the remaining screws to tighten both sides together.
