THROTTLE HANDLE LEVER BROKEN

1. loosened split case by removing all 4 screws-move away from main unit by sliding down the shaft slightly
2. Pried halves apart enough to remove the broken lever and insert the new lever
3. Be careful not to disengage the actual throttle cable from the main unit that attaches to the plastic throttle lever linkage (I let this cable slip off which extended the repair process from 5 minutes to 15 minutes!)
4. Slide the entire assembly back into "battery" engagement with the main motor unit.

Very simple repair. Undo a couple screws careful not to lose parts. Remove the broken lever. Replace with the new lever. Tighten screws. Perfect fit!

It was pretty straight forward. As always you can take pictures along the way so you have a reference of where things go. Take the handle apart and unhook cable and replace with new one and put it back together.
