This valve kit, also known as a check valve kit, is a genuine OEM replacement kit designed for pressure washers. It includes 6 valves each with a seal and spring. The valves are responsible for maintaining the appropriate pressure levels needed to operate the equipment efficiently. If the valves are worn down or damaged, you will notice low or no pressure, weak water flow, and water leakages. To access the valves, first remove the pump from the equipment engine. Pull out the faulty valves using a pair of needle nose pliers and set them aside. Apply a light layer of lubricant to the new valves and place them in their correct position. Reattach the pump to the engine to complete the repair.

Removed pump from engine with an allen wrench. Used needle nose pliers to remove valves. Clean out pump. Lubed and replaced valves. Reassembled pump to engine and tightened bolts. Works like a new one now.

Parts Used
Removed bottom of pump from drive part and dissembled, found that one of the valves was broken. Then went to ereplacementparts.com and ordered necessary parts, when parts arrived I thoroughly cleaned pump and greased all o rings, reassembled unit, and reinstalled onto drive portion of pump. Pressure washer now works better than it did when new.
