Question: G3050oh Unloaded Valve

1195717

I have Karcher G30500H pressure washer and I suspect it has a defective unloader valve. However, when I removed the old unloader valve it does not look like the one pictured in your parts catalog. Is there a bottom part below the spring that I may have left in the pump? If so, is there a special tool to remove this? The pump does not look like the pump featured in the video on how to replace and unloader now.
will not start, minimal spark, new plug, still little spark.
Removed starter cord assembly and cleaned/sanded Magneto and flywheel.
Much better spark but will not fire. Appears to be getting fuel. It only backfires, even with the no no of adding starter fluid.
Need help.

Question: Karacher G3050OH

Has ANYONE figured out this issue? Mine has been this way since I purchased it and what an annoying feature trying to get work done.
"My pressure goes from high to zero but there is still pressure in the line to the wand even when I shut off the washer. I keep squeezing & releasing the trigger or just holding it open until it decides to come on again and eventually the pressure comes out through the gun. Is it still the spill valve? The gun seems to be the cause. I bought a new gun and that doesn't work on the issue! Suggestions/opinions appreciated." link removed 09/29/2012

Question: G 3050 OH Wand Pressure

Timmyz

My pressure goes from high to zero but there is still pressure in the line to the wand even when I shut off the washer. I keep squeezing & releasing the trigger and eventually the pressure comes out through the gun. Is it still the spill valve? The gun seems to be the cause. (I took out the spill/unloader valve, cleaned it, used plumber grease, put it back, still does the same). I am to the point of ordering both parts & hope one fixes it. Suggestions/opinions appreciated.

Did you ever figure out what was wrong with your G 3050-OH? I have the same model and the same issue. Has acted that way almost since I first started using it. I haven't tried to clean the unloader valve yet, but just curious to see what fixed your prblem.

Question: Oil Leak

Jeff Jensen

My pressure washer just started leaking oil. Looks like a round silicone engine seal. Any ideas?

Question: High Low Pressure

Bruno

My G 3050 started to stop having a steady pressure flow. It fluctuates from high pressure to no pressure. I have read from other posting, it could be the Unloader but I can not locate it on this model.
Can somebody help?

See diagram B. Parts 1, 2 and 3. Remove them, clean well and coat with plumbers grease.

Should solve the problem.

Question: Engine Won

Daniel Loya

Since I got it early last year, I hardly used my Karcher 3000 model G3050 OH. All of a sudden, it just won't start. I checked the air filter and saw some traces of oil. I am thinking of cleaning up the cylinder head, but I would need a new head gasket to put it back on.Am I doing the right approach or is there a better way of making it run?

Please help me.
