Pliers, Socket set, Bearing splitter
Sawzall blade didn't move, motor was fine.
Remove rubber overmold
Remove gearbox
Remove drive shaft and wobbler arm
Remove retaining rings on wobbler arm and drive shaft
Use a hammer head to bang out the outer bearing race from the wobbler arm
Use a bearing splitter to remove the inner bearing race from the drive shaft. Could not remove them without a splitter.
Clean the surfaces before installing the new bearings
Slide the wobbler retaining ring on the drive shaft before installing the bearings
Install the new bearings on the drive shaft. Use a socket to hammer them on. Can freeze the shaft for a day to shrink it a bit.
Install the wobbler arm over the bearings. Slight pressure with a vise helps to slide the bearings into the wobbler arm.
Install the retaining rings.
Clean old grease from the gearbox.
Apply new grease to the gearbox, bearings, blade arm.
Reassemble gearbox to drive motor.
Reinstall rubber overmold.
Reinstall blade shoe.
