How do I Find My Jancy Model Number?
Like similar brands, Jancy will list their product number on an identification plate somewhere on the unit. This plate will usually be metal, and should have the Jancy logo at the very top.
Have you found the tag?
If not, you’ll want to search for it in an area that’s free from wear and tear. Such as the back of your unit, the bottom, or even in some compartments. Once you find the tag, you’ll want to be searching for a number that’s similar to the following formats: MCSL09, BM22, or USA200. Most Jancy models will use a format of two to three letters, followed by at least two more numbers. So once you find a number with this format on your ID tag, enter it in the search box above this section.
And if you’re still having trouble finding your model number, give us a call. We’re open Monday-Friday to answer any questions you may have.
