Is there a difference for the part I ordered and the 1 I rec'd? full part # is 30838900202, w/the 2nd #underneath this is 2010 04A.The one rec'd is same 1st # but 2nd # underneath is 200801A. The model is an SS30 straight shaft that you can interchange different end tools on shaft. Reason I ask if this is the right part is because the gentleman working on my machine found no spark coming from this or the replacement one.???? thank you

Hi 1Brushwise4, First, you will want to verify that the gap between the coil and the flywheel is correct. It should be .012". We have an article and video that might help you with the replacement of the coil. You can find it here... How to Install an Ignition Coil on a Trimmer. Second, what method is being used to test the coil. The only way to accurately test a coil is with a spark tester. The spark tester is also shown in our article and video. I hope this helps, -UtahAV -Mark
