Keeping it Simple
Ice-O-Matic has been doing business for a really long time and they emphasize creating quality ice products that are practical, long-lasting, and reliable.
The warranties for the products vary depending on the machine, but most of the warranties do cover both parts and labor for a minimum of two years, and a few for three. They also offer a 7-year warranty, which is the best in the business, if you purchase a new filter along with a new cube ice machine, and then remember to replace the filter every 6 months. Keep in mind that you do need to register you ice machines and/or water filters in order to qualify for any of their warranties.
