Why Repair?

By repairing your own household appliances and electronics, you are giving them a second chance and saving them from the landfill. You'll also reduce the amount of waste, power and gas it requires to manufacture and deliver new products.

Locate Your Heat Stream Model Number

When you need replacement parts for your Heat Stream heater, the best place to start is with the model number. This will prevent you from having to guess at what may or may not fit in your machine and will help ensure you get the right parts for your repair. If you still have the owner’s manual that came with your heater, you can find the model number there. Otherwise, you’ll have to search around a bit on your heater to find the information you need.

Heat Stream doesn’t really stick to one exact location when it comes to where they place their model numbers, but you should keep an eye out for a sticker somewhere on the unit. First, check on the back of the heater for the sticker. If you don’t see it there, check on the sides. Lastly, check the nameplate to see if you see the model number just under the Heat Stream name. Heat stream begins their model numbers with the letters “HS,” and the rest of the number contains a mix of letters and numbers. So if you see a number along those lines, then you’ve found it!

Once you have the model number, just enter it above to bring up a list of parts specific to your heater. If you’re still having trouble, don’t worry--just give us a call and we’ll happily help you find the information you need.
