Product worked great! Ordering it did not.
This was the exact piece I needed, it was decently priced, it installed easily, it works wonderfully. My ONLY problem (and the reason for the star drop) was because of the ordering process. I ordered this as 1/3 of a total order. One item (the one of the three I could pick up elsewhere) was on backorder so ERP held the entire shipment. I tried and tried to find a way to drop the part on backorder off of the order so they could ship what they had on hand, but the phones rang empty, email support was no help, and the only option available to me online was to cancel the entire order.
I stuck it out and luckily the extra item became available in time, but the inability to modify an existing order was frustrating and the lack of ability to reach out to any form of customer service to address the issue left me in limbo hoping I'd eventually get my purchase.

Extracted two nuts on existing bracket, removed melted parts, replaced and put back together. Took maybe 10 minutes.

1. Removed the nut on the other side and middle support.
2. Add the rubber end supports, one per side.
3. Added the supplied washer and nut to all three supports
4. Tightened everything down.

My Weber Performer was missing a roller for the lid holder

1) Put the roller on the wire lid holder from the parts bag
2) Put a washer on the wire lid holder in front of the roller from the parts bag.
3) Put the threaded end of the wire lid holder through the only hole it can go through assuming the rest of the lid holding hardware is installed.
4) Tighten the nut and locking washer onto the threads of the wire lid holder poking through the hole on the bbq. Make sure the roller spins and that the nut and locking washer are secure. You are done

House fire melted plastic lid support rest and ash pan

Ash catcher: Positioned screwdriver to disengage the three old ash catcher ring clips from the leg couplings. Installed new ash catcher ring by lining up ring clips to leg couplings. The enclosured High-capacity ash catcher assembly replacement instructions provide excellent sketches with directional arrows and exploded views. Later style design makes emptying ash pan much easier. Lid support: replace missing nut and plastic lid support on one end of the bale.

1. Remove nuts from lid support rod
2. Apply some force to remove old melted rollers and try to remove as much melted roller that is stuck on BBQ.
3. Replace with new rollers
Note: I added oversize washers in the hope that it will help reduce the melting problem.
4. Use provided hardware to remount lid support bar.
