Step 1 Took an Exacto knife and cut a straight line down the middle of the old grip.
Step 2 Cleaned the handlebar with Windex window cleaner. Then let it dry.
Step 3 slide the new grip onto the handle bar. I always make sure the outside Temperature is warm enough the ensure the grip will stick to the handlebar correctly.
Step 4 Go for a ride.
