2. Unscrewed gas tubes and carry-over tubes.
3. Removed tubes. Gas tube removal is a little awkward, but tubes can be pulled out from firebox with some persistence. Electrode must be unscrewed and removed from the gas tube.
4. Inserted new tubes into the valves on one end and secured opposite end with screws. Reattached electrode to gas tube.
5. Attached carry-over tubes to gas tubes.
6. Replaced cooking grates.
7. Installed grease clip and cup.

Washed with soapy water, scrubbed the grill surfaces.
Swept all of the burned food particles out of the bottom of the grill.
Washed the inside of the grill.
When I received the new parts in the mail, I just put them in place and recycled the old parts.
It was very easy, no screws involved.
My husband was impressed.
