The gearwheel on the Braun K650 needed to be replaced

Simple, easy replacement.
The only challenge was aligning the front knobs back into the potentiometer on the front control board so the top would fit back on the bottom. I would tape down the twist knobs from the outside so they can be aligned easily when re-assembling the unit.
Removal of wires or other sub-assemblies was not necessary.
The replacement did not come with the top gear nut which feeds into and drives the processor attachments, but that was carefully removed (slow steady pulling) from the old gear shaft and placed on the new one. It was a tight fit on the new one and shouldn't slip.
