The gasket plate had been scratched up by the previous owner.
Pretty straight forward. There are fours screws that hold down clips that in turn hold the metal gasket plate in place. You only have to remove one side (2 screws) This allows you to slide the old plate out. My only issues was that the screws were extra tight and there was not enough room for a full sized screw driver. If not careful they could easily be stripped.

Repair was a bust. Couldn't get 3 of the philips head screws out. Didn't want to grind the heads off.
The part arrived as expected. It was on time and in perfect condition. Thanks.
