Hello James, thank you for asking. We do not find the part compatible with your model. For the ES-2400, there is Echo Fuel Grommet - 13211546730, Echo Fuel Filter - A369000480, Echo Fuel Line - V471001211 and Echo Fuel Return Tube - 13201056330. We hope this helps.

Fuel system lines deteriorated due to old gas containing ethanol

Was actually looking for a fuel system kit for an Echo grass trimmer GT 255L but couldn't find. The Blower kit parts looked all the same as the trimmer parts. All were the same except for the rubber grommet that held the fuel lines. Too big for the hole in the gas tank. Enlarged the hole in the fuel tank with a little filing, installed and runs fine. That's all it needed.....and from now on.....ethanol free gas! Glad you had the parts and quick shipment. And if I have any problems with this other equipment I got, I know where to get my "fixing".....thanks again!

Removed and noted where original parts were.
Inserted new part in hole where original part was in gas tank. It was a little difficult to insert since it has to fit tight but we finally got it! We had to use a little screwdriver and another pair of hands to help push it in.
Everything works fine now. So thankful we could order the parts and do it ourselves!

1. Removed the carb
2. Removed old bulb, gaskets and hoses
3. Reinstalled everything with new just as it came off
4. Double checked tightness of all screws
4. Filled with fresh fuel.
5. Started right off

Just decided to do a whole tune up with new fuel system parts, spark plug etc. Took pictures before disassembly, oiled up screws, nuts, bolt couple days ahead. Had done similar work on my echo trimmer awhile ago so familiar with parts. As I took out old parts, set on table with correct orientation. All replacement parts were same so made job easy.

Removed the gas tank, supply/return lines to the carb. The hardest part was getting the seal back in the tank when replacing the supply/return lines.

1. Disassembly:
A) Outer housing with pull start and fan
B) Spark plug & plugged hole with a small piece of
clean shop towel
C) Middle housing
D) muffler assembly
E) Carburetor
2. Cleaning:
A) Flushed engine and muffler with solvent
B) All parts and housing wire wheel on bench
grinder
3. Assembly:
A) Checked spark plug gap and opened .002"
B) Basically reverse order off assembly
4. Start-up
A) Filled gas tank
B) Pushed primer bulb till full plus 3 more times
C) Turn on switch
D) Pulled starter cord and varoom

Removed old assembly. Inserted new one. Quite difficult to get hole grommet to seat. Rubber plug seemed slightly too large but repeated pitching with a small screw driver got it to compress and seat. Tubes a bit difficult to seat also but eventually got them too. Surprisingly tricky replacement for a simple part but blower is working as good as new now. Very pleased with result.

1. Disconnected fuel lines from carburetor
2. Removed fuel tank
3. Removed fuel filter from end of line inside tank
3. Removed 3-hole grommet from fuel tank
4. Installed new grommet in fuel tank - extremely tight fit / very difficult to install
5. Removed 2 fuel lines from grommet.
6. Made small, tapered tool to install the 2 lines into/through grommet in tank
7. Pushed tapered tool through hole with fuel line attached
8. Attached fuel lines to carburetor
9. Installed fuel filter onto end of line in fuel tank
2. Removed fuel tank
3. Removed fuel filter from end of line inside tank
3. Removed 3-hole grommet from fuel tank
4. Installed new grommet in fuel tank - extremely tight fit / very difficult to install
5. Removed 2 fuel lines from grommet.
6. Made small, tapered tool to install the 2 lines into/through grommet in tank
7. Pushed tapered tool through hole with fuel line attached
8. Attached fuel lines to carburetor
9. Installed fuel filter onto end of line in fuel tank
