I read comments from your site - On one of the repair stories one person said to put the long end of the coil into the slot in back while the shorter one lies on the tray in front. That takes about 3 hands to keep the pegs aligned with the slots they go into while under lots of pressure from the coil without breaking the peg off (like I did at first) but that's the way it has to be done. However, first the face place has to come off because the wheel assembly fits under it. It's hard to see that but the face plate actually holds it on.

Repair was easy once I figured out how to get a spring installed. It might help if there was a brief installation instruction included with part. Also if the spring was lost when the part failed, and you did not order a new one , it would require a additional order and delay time if you had to reorder the spring. I was lucky as I found a trail of parts from an unknown source before the wheels fell off. All in all the repair was easy.
