The flywheel will take some muscle to remove. Mine came off with ease but previous fly wheels pulls have been easy to extremely difficult, requiring a puller. Hope yours is in the easy range.
Replacement is in reverse order, using the new flywheel and shear pin. [Be advised, there is a small change that your flywheel may have survived the shear and you may only need the shear pin. I was not so lucky. To determine if you are lucky or not, you will need to look at the old flywheel and inspect the 'roundness' of the hole and 'squareness' of the shear pin slot. If the shear pin slot is square and flywheel hole is round, you can try a new shear pin and the existing flywheel.
