Size problem
Replacement Parts handled their portion of the transaction without any problems. The manufacturer however has a problem. Earlier we replaced a bowl for the Cuisinart and it did not fit the old caps. Therefore we ordered the new cap which fits none of the three bowls we now own. We will never buy another Cuisinart product!!! LET CUISINART KNOW.

The old cover with feed tube ,and the old flat cover, did not fit the new bowl, so I had to replace both of the old covers with the new ones referred to in this post.
You can tell whether replacing your bowl will require replacing the covers by looking at the part numbers (which are tiny, and visible only in very good light). The part numbers of the new bowl and both covers end in "T1", as in "FP-631AGTXT1". That's the part number of the new bowl; the old bowl's part number is "FP-631AGTX".
If you're replacing your food processor's bowl and its part number is "FP-631AGTX", you may as well replace the cover(s) as well.
