Missing flange to hold and position cutting wheels.
Removed the substitute and installed the flange / spacer. Installed new cutting wheel and flange. tightened. works fine.

Right angle grinder wheel nuts
These parts are better than the parts that came with the grinder. Nice to have the scanner wrench to go along with them.
