Blower fan was too large in diameter

Increased shaft diameter with tape - re-used old blower fan - worked great for several days - but making noise again - fan is contacting housing - grinding on and off - not quiet like it should be - bore on the old blower fan worn out.

Replaced bathroom exhaust fan by broan
1. Took cover off
2. Unplugged fan motor from main unit
3. Removed 2 Phillips screws to get motor and motor bracket out
4. Unscrewd 4 10 mm lock nuts and removed motor. Pulled off fan blades.
5. Reverse procedure to but back together
