Identify Your Epson Model
If you don’t have your printer’s owner’s manual or the box it came in, you’ll need to scan your printer for a white identification sticker. This will usually be located on the back of your printer. Once you find it, you’ll want to use the number directly to the right of the Epson logo and NOT the model number. It’s a little confusing, but for some reason Epson likes to be a little quirky with their product information.
Some examples of Epson model numbers include: 635, CX5000, NX130. Once you’ve found your product’s model number you can search for it in the box provided above.
And if you’re still having trouble locating the correct number or don’t see your model listed, give us a call and our customer service team will happily help you locate it.
