1. Flattened the retaining tabs on the old strap to allow for the removal of the nuts that
hold the blade on.
2. Removed the two nuts with socket wrench.
3. Removed old strap and blade and cleaned the whole blade area, removing all the dried
grass and dirt.
4. Put new blade and strap on and secured with the two nuts.
5. Bent up the three retaining tabs on each end of the strap so they touch the nuts.
The strap and its retaining tabs are used to keep the nuts from loosening up during
edger operation.

Backed off the two nuts holding the blade, replaced the blade and secured it with the two nuts as found.
