The discharge tube is used with the unloader tube set to drain excess pressure above the cylinder to make starting the pump easier. The special tube includes the ferrules and is sold as an individual replacement part.

The part does not work for the model.
The part does not fit is bent wrong. Had to cut it, reshaped it , and flared the tube. Extra time to make it work.
