The chuck itself isn't broken. I don't know who did it, but somehow the three pieces inside came out. I tried to fix it by taking out the screw that holds the chuck to the transmission, but my torx screwdriver broke off inside the head of that screw.

Is there any other way to get this apart, or should I just buy a new transmission, chuck and screw?
