removing the housing around bearing Question by Bob
I have a 23-880 bench grinder that loosened up at the base of the motor housing and lost the bolts inside the motor housing. The base will no longer holds the the motor. I have removed the screws from the casing on the outer portion of the unit. This casing now spins freely but does not come off. Is this portion held in by the bearing and the part #13 piece in your schematic? How is this casing removed? I need to reassemble the base to the motor.
