    leaks air at top and double fire

    1. removed top and replaced head cap and gasket
    2. Removed cylinder and replaced 'O' rings
    3. removed nose and replaced gasket and piston bumper
    4. Cylinder plate did not come out easily but other than that repair went well

    Nailer was shooting air from the top of the gun.

    Screwdriver, Pliers, Allen Wrenches

    Removed the head of the nailer
    Removed the piston
    Removed and Replaced the head valve
    Removed and Replaced the o-ring
    Cleaned the cylinder and piston
    Installed the piston and head of of the nailer
    Hooked the gun to the air line and tested several times

    Leak too much air,

    Removed the four screws from the top cover
    Looked to see what parts I would need to fix the leak.
    I ordered about every o-ring and seal in the gun
    Replaced all that I ordered
    The gun is like new again

    Leaking air from head

    Removed the top of the nail gun, located the worn parts and ordered them.
    Replaced the worn parts with the new ones. It fires like new again

    Remove the top cap, replace head valve to solve problem, replace o-rings to avoid any leaks. Cleaned and oiled the internal parts.
