The part is in perfect condition - however, getting to the part in my machine is very complex - please provide instructions on how to reach the broken part! When purchasing the part, your site said all that is needed is a screwdriver and plyers - making it sound easy - but it is not easy and without instructions there is little hope of getting to the part buried deep in the unit. Please help, and thank you!
