The shipping and packaging was good. The product was not exactly how it was represented/advertised in the picture. To adjust the andis motor in the picture there 2 black adjustable screws just in case the motor has a clattering sound...which it did. But the motor I received did not have the 2 black screws but in substitute there were 2 silver nuts(that are not adjustable) to replace the black screws. So I had to do some modifications to adjust the arm on the motor to avoid the clattering sound. The motor is working now without clattering sound. I wish I did not have to put more expenses into the motor to adjust and fix it up.
