1. Removed two screws and broken pieces from radio.
2. Discarded pieces from old cord wrap to allow space for new.
3. Installed new cord wrap.

Broken cord wraps
Removed the screws holding the broken cord wraps to the radio, then installed the new cord wraps. EASY.
