    I identified the parts that needed replacement and ordered new parts. Cleaned up the grill replaced old parts. Replacement was easy,no tools invoked. The grill was given to me at a sale and I was able to give many years of new life to a quality grill with the help of replacement parts. Works great!

    Removed old burners and collector box from grill.
    Cleaned grill with degreaser.
    Replaced burners and collector box.
    The screws that hold the burners in were rusted tight, one I had to break out and not use again.

    Old burners were rusted out as was the collector in front of them

    Removing the old burners involved pulling the c clip pins and sliding them forward
    The collector just lifted out and dropping the new one in and installing the burners was just the reverse
    Very easy job and saved throwing away a perfectly good grill

    Pieces crimped together to form collector box slightly misaligned so burners wouldn't fit in.

    Removed burners and supports on each end. Replaced with new parts. Also found that the igniters were arcing out to each other underneath/backside of the control panel. I used electrical tape to cover the areas that were arcing problem solved, and burners work just like new!
