Hi Debbie,
Thank you for your question. If your coffee maker is not heating, first check and make sure that it is plugged in and that it is turned on. Also, if it has been on for a long time, the heating mechanism will turn off. If this is what happened, you will need to start a new pot of coffee or reheat it separately. If this is not the issue, you may have a faulty warming plate or a blown fuse or malfunctioning thermostat. We hope this helps!
