Clean water solution tank is leaking at the bottom where it seems like a bullet shaped part should close off the hole so that the water doesn't just run out. What is the fix for this?

Seal was broke , leaked water, the new one they sent me was better than the one that came with it my shampooer
I just fill the tank with water and headed on the shampooer and it ready to go very easy. I'm happy that I went through ereplacementparts.com. I would definitely use them again if I need to in the future thanks ereplacementparts.com.

CleaN WATER SOLUTION TANK WAS LEAKING. One of the seals was defective
I replaced the clean water solution tank. Buying the part was not an option.

Clean water tank was cracked on the bottom

Clean water solution tank leaked
Quite easy. Removed old tank and new tank snapped in without an issue. Removed handle and screw tops from old unit just to keep a spares.

The clean water and detergent reservoir was broke
I was afraid there wouldn't be a replacement as I don't know how old the carpet cleaner is. It has been sitting In attic for years because of a missing valve. I got it out to sell at yard sale. didn't sale. Then I dropped the reservoir on the concrete floor and apiece inside broke. I decided to try and find replacement since I needed a carpet cleaner anyway. You guys had a replacement part...Not exactly the same but low and behold it fits and I have used it to clean one room's carpet. Works great!! It was just a matter of removing the old reservoir and putting the new one in! thanks ereplacementparts.com!!!

Water tank had cracked and was leaking into the attached shampoo tank.
Removed the old tank and installed the new one. The tank is meant to be removed so this wasn't so much a repair as a replacement.

Cleaner Solution Tank
