    resale pricing
it would be nice if you had re-sale pricing for retail businesses like mine. I am General Manager of Kennedy Hardware in Wheeling WV. We specialize in tools for commercial and industrial businesses. I buy a lot of parts from you, and there are frequent occasions, by the time I mark them up to make a profit, the customer gets gun shy on the prices, and walks. Im certain, that if I could get a price break for retail, Im sure we could do a substantial amount more business. thank you, Tom

I ordered the screw for the chuck so I could verify that the screw had reverse threads (it did) and the screw driver size, it was hard to see or tell what fit and if I stripped the head I could replace it. The screw came out very hard and I had to place the drill lightly in the vice to help hold, I had some concerns about breaking the plastic case but it came out.

Screwdriver, Pliers, cordless impact driver- flat tip bit

Open jaws of chuck to biggest opening. Use a flat tip screwdriver to remove left hand threaded chuck retainer bolt (mine was in very tight, I used a cordless impact driver with a flat tip bit to remove it). Unscrew right hand threaded chuck (again mine was on very tight, since I was replacing the chuck I had to remove it by using Channellock pliers). Assembly with new chuck was in reverse order. I added a small amount of red Loctite to the left hand threaded chuck retainer bolt. I was able to use tool immediately.
