Thank you for your question. This check valve has 1/2 inch NPT Male threads for tank compression. The compression for the main inlet is 3/8 inches. Parts Used
1 Be sure there is no air in the compressor and it is unplugged.
2 Loosened and removed the two lines from the check valve.
3 Remove the check valve from the tank.
4 Wrap Teflon tape on the new valve and install it.
5 Reattach the two air lines to the new valve.
