Product Description ?

This is an original Moen replacement part. The check valve is commonly found in kitchen faucets. This part includes two valves made of high-quality plastic, with attached O-rings. The valve is used to control the flow of water out of the faucet. Over time, it can become worn or cracked, which can cause leakage and dripping. You may require a wrench when replacing this item.

Moen pullout faucet dripping underneath

We discovered it to be wet under the faucet. After much investigation found it only "leaked" when the pullout faucet was replaced. Leaving it laying in the sink let things dry out. Saw the check valve in the parts list and had it and the washer (quickly) delivered. Held the hose with the adjustable wrench and unscrewed the faucet head. Found no check valve (!) to remove. Two came in kit and put in the one that fit most snug while still leaving room to put everything back together. Screwed it all back together and dry as bone ever since. Sweet!
