    is 80005592 replaced by g560-0010-w1
tom for model number 80005592 asked on 2022-02-26
Hi Tom, Thank you for your question. These would be 2 separate carry over tubes. To verify which carry over tube would be the correct part for your grill, we would need the model number from it. The model number will be found inside the grill, on the base plate, behind the doors, or on back of the grill. If you could resubmit your question with this information, we would be happy to help you. We are open 7 days a week. We look forward to hearing from you!

Simply unscrewed old tubes, replaced with new...which fit perfectly. I always worry about replacement parts ordered on-line not being to specifications, but all the items ordered from eReplacementParts always work perfectly!

This was so easy to do once we got the old rusted screws out! The replacements seem like a much better grade of metal/material than the original ones were. The grill works better now than it did when it was new. Make sure you measure the tube properly for the best fit for your grill.

    Tools Used

    Screwdriver, Power Drill

Had to drill out the screws at the back holding burners in place as they were rusted. This took most of the time as I was careful not to damage the brackets. If you have the ignitor in place it will need to be disconnected from the third tube but mine died long ago, I just use a long lighter to start. Once done the whole assembly could be lifted out. Then I installed the new parts and screwed everything in place. Took about twenty minutes total, then I was grilling steaks. :)
Parts were good quality, I will be ordering the heat tents from here next.

    1. Removed old carryover tubes.
    2. One screw was rusted in and difficult to remove. I needed to cut a deeper slot in the screw using a hacksaw blade on a short hacksaw handle.
    3. Installed the carryover tubes using the supplied screws.
