This is a genuine manufacturer authorized replacement part designed for use with Generac digital inverter generators. The purpose of a carburetor is to mix air and gas before the fuel mix goes to the engine. If the engine won't start or if the engine starts and then quickly dies, the carburetor is likely the problem. When replacing carburetor it is advised that you also replace carburetor gaskets to ensure proper air tight seal for optimum performance. Please note this durable metal carburetor assembly is sold individually.

Removed engine from outside shell.
Disconnected all wiring connection associated with carburetor.
Removed old carburetor and gasket, fuel filter and fuel pump.
Then put them all back in reverse order.
