The purpose of this component is to mix the fuel and the air together before the combustible mix is sent to the engine. Over time parts may wear our and begin to fail eventually requiring a replacement. 1. Replaced the carburetor and installed the new gasket between the carburetor and the engine. (needed 2 gaskets so used the old gasket between the carburetor and the choke input.)
2. Replaced the gas filter.
