This is an OEM Sourced replacement part designed for Bosch Hammers. This set includes Two (2) Carbon Brushes with Lead Wires attached. Please note Brush Holders and Springs are Sold Separately.
Carbon motor brushes are one of the most commonly replaced power tool components. Because carbon brushes are wear items, meaning that through friction and use they will gradually wear away, they will eventually require replacement. It is recommended to replace both brushes at the same time.
You would need a Screwdriver and Pliers to complete this job.

Arrived Quickly considering other side of country
turns out armature was the problem , i just ordered the least expensive part to see if it would work. due to the fact that it was the armature, by the time i factored in the labor, part and the wear on equipment it would be cheaper to replace than to repair in the long run . but as far as shipping, price for Brushes and part quality everything was excellent

Remove cover for motor, just a screw driver was needed .
Removed old worn out carbon brushes and replace with new ones. PlaceD cover back in place.
