I removed the shroud over the motor using a phillips screwdriver and a right-angle screwdriver. Made a wiring diagram of were the leads went. I removed the old capacitor using my hand. I installed the new capacitor and put all old the parts back together. And the motor started right up.

1 had to totally remove compressor from mounting plate and before that had to remove guards and shroud.
2 then had to unbolt capacitor from unit frame and because both start and run capacitors were of same numbers had to test again both to determine which was bad.
3 Again had to reverse disassembly and make sure elect connections were rerouted to stay clear of compressor cooling fins.
