This hex bolt (.31-24 x .75 grade 5 with pre cote 80) is made for use with many snowblowers, and is sold individually. The metal bolt is often used to secure the pulley as well as other components. A wrench is required for the proper installation.

Tools Used:

Screwdriver, Pliers, Power Drill, Socket set, Wrench Set, Left hand drill bit, easy outs

Hub split in half and bolt sheared off auger shaft

Split the auger from the drive wheels/motor carriage. Drilled out the sheared bolt from the auger shaft replaced the hub onto the double pulley. Bolted the double pulley back onto the auger shaft. Reattached the auger to the drive wheels/motor
