    Screwdriver, Nutdriver

    Take all screws out of the mower deck
    Take the handle off
    Remove mower deck
    Unscrew the shunted brush cap replace shunt brush with the one on the new cord.
    do one at a time.so you don't put them mix them up screw the cap back on.
    Remove the cord ends by the wire color and replace with the same wire color
    remove the cord clamp screw put new cord in clamp put screw back in
    Put mower deck in place ensure the cord is in the slot where it goes though the deck
    Remove all the screws from the switch housing cover on handle remove from the handle
    replace all the wires going to the switch do the same as replace each cord wire by color on the switch put the switch housing cover back on handle with the screws
    Put the handle back on the mower and put the deck screws back in
    Plug in to test the the mower to see if it works it should
    job complete now go mow the lawn if needed

    Black and Decker electric lawn mower male power cord plug connector broke which required replacing entire wiring harness.

    Found YouTube video showing how to remove motor cover replace wiring harness. Much easier than I expected. Saved me having to purchase a new mower.
