Removed motor cover and trigger assembly cover and removed old brush assembly and installed new one and replaced motor cover and trigger cover. Plugged in and same problem. Removed brush cover again and applied the weight of screwdriver on one brush and ran great. Still not running correctly so still not in use. Any ideas on what to do next?
