I Don’t See My Brother Model Number

If you don’t already have your Brother model number handy, don’t worry. They’re really easy to locate. Try to first check your owner’s manual, Brother will always list the product’s model number here. If you don’t have your manual, scan your printer for an identification label. This is usually located on a sticker on the back of the printer, and more rarely, on the front. The bottom line is that the model number will be posted somewhere on your printer, so with a little searching you should have no problem finding it.

Most of the time the format of Brother model numbers will start with three letters followed by a dash (-). Examples of this include MFC-9560CDW, MFC-J630W, FAX-575, and HL-5340D.

So once you’ve found a number similar to the examples above you’ll be all set to start searching for ink cartridges.

And, of course, we’re always here to answer any questions you may have. Don’t hesitate to give us a call if you need help.
