I have a model 400707 Briggs V-twin. I only have spark on one plug. What is my problem?

I would like to upgrade the flywheel on my briggs 14 hp opposing twin, model 400707, to a flywheel with the larger magnets. I have already upgraded the stator. I am wondering if some of the newer flywheels may be interchangeable. Which flywheel would work with this engine? Thank you.

Best twin Briggs has ever made. Too bad they are obsolete. Have an 18 yr old Murray with this engine. Always starts and still has plenty of power. Just a puff of smoke when it first starts. BTW: I mow 3 acres with this antique.
