Looks like you take out the screws on the bottom and I'm sure you will see what needs to be done. There are screws hidden under the rubber feet.

Recently, my blender (referenced above) started leaking, and the seal ring is starting to detach from the blender. I am wondering if I need to order a new seal ring, or if I can just glue the one I have back on?

It's a great blender but the blender jug seems to be pretty fragile. It shattered in my hands just when I tapped it several times trying to get a puree out. I was amazed at how easily it broke into smithereens. Otherwise, great ice crushing and smoothie action.
