    Hello Stanley, Thank you for writing. If the Breaker keeps tripped or has no continuity when tested with a multimeter, it will need to be replaced. We hope this helps!

    Unbolted panel, removed, unscrewed back, disconnected wires after taking a photo to ensure reconnecting accurately, pried out the old breaker, installed new and put back together.

    I removed the electrical panel using a nut driver, then disassembled it using a screw driver, then removed and replaced the circuit breaker.
