Question: GBH 24v

I think my drill is dead. I was using the drill the other day and smoke was coming from the air intake cut out at the top of the handle. The drill started to slow down and then stopped. Since then there is no life in the drill, is this problem terminal? I hope you can help as this drill has been fantastic.

Hello. I am looking for a bearing for my GBH 24 VF SDS cordless. It's the one right at the back of the drill, in the handle, that holds the back of the motor in place and allows it to spin. Could you tell me which part I am after? Thanks

I believe you are looking for the rear armature bearing. It is item #64 on page A of the parts breakdown. The bearing is part #2600905032 and is available from http://www.ereplacementparts.com.
