Cant get it right...
Don't know what to say... Look at layout of my weed eater, found part I needed from schematic, ordered part. Easy right... NO! After a month ( not the 5-11 business days) I finally receive what I ordered only to see that obviously it is not the part I ordered... Place a call to their call center only to find out I have to place yet another order for the correct part for a Ryobi string trimmer. All I needed was a Torx screw that screws into shaft to keep engine from turning when i give it gas... Finally receive 2nd order and it's a steel headed screw the same size as the other one... I just want my money back because this company just cant seem to get their act together...
